G1 review decisions are proposals: G1-D01–G1-D06 and proposed conditions G1-AC-01–05. The 18 original open product and architecture issues remain open.
Decision Control
To close an ID, record sponsor disposition, source evidence, accountable owner, affected document revisions, date, and any conditions. The v1.0 source is verified; G1 review still requires sponsor approval, an exact-PDF archival disposition and a named LGU scope. The official logo intake (OD-014) is required before a fully branded publication.
